Our operatives work between the hours 8am to 6pm for domestic and early morning 5am to 9pm for office cleans.
The operative has the keys and only that person has access to them.
Weekly domestic clean is £17 per hour min 3 hours per visit.

Yes, all work is guaranteed – if not happy will do a re-clean -but generally only one clean is required.
We bring all cleaning products at an additional cost, but all are included for one-off deep cleans including end-of-tenancy cleans.
We cater for pets! Most of our operatives are pet friendly.
The operative will follow duties on regular visits; additional tasks can be booked and fit in accordingly.
Small items are replaced while bigger items are covered by insurance.
We have a department to deal with all general queries and a case manager for more serious issues.
Inform us of any changes to the schedule and we will adjust accordingly
We usually require 7 days’ notice unless there are extenuating circumstances
We can set up a time that works for you. Typical visits are between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on how detailed you are.
All personal details are stored securely. We follow the GDPR guidelines.
We have clients working away from home and can arrange to give keys to their scheduled operatives.
All name operatives will be communicated to you and will be in the company uniform.
Operatives are asked to leave their outside shoes at the door or wear shoe covers.
